6:00 AM – The Day Begins Early
Before the sun is fully up, our quarry comes to life. Our crew gathers for a quick safety briefing, equipment checks, and task planning. Safety gear is mandatory — helmets, gloves, boots, and visibility jackets.

7:00 AM – Drilling and Blasting
Large chunks of raw stone don’t break themselves.
Our trained blasting experts drill precise holes into the rock face. Once ready, controlled blasts are carried out using approved materials and safety protocols. These blasts break the rock into manageable sizes, ready for crushing.

9:00 AM – Primary Crushing Begins
The broken rock is transported to our primary crusher, where massive machines crush boulders into smaller, angular fragments. This is where stone chips begin to take shape.

- Correct sizing (40mm, 20mm, 12mm, etc.)
- Minimal dust and debris
- Consistency in every batch
11:30 AM – Quality Control Checkpoint
Our quality control team collects samples and performs:
- Sieve analysis for size grading
- Strength tests
- Moisture and dust checks

Now comes fine-tuning. Stone chips are further refined, separated by size using vibrating screens and then piled based on size categories. Everything from 6mm decorative chips to heavy-duty 40mm road chips is carefully sorted.

3:30 PM – Loading and Dispatch
Dumpers and trucks arrive to be loaded with fresh stock. Each truckload is weighed, documented, and dispatched to customers — whether it’s a road project, real estate developer, or retail construction supplier.

5:00 PM – End of Day Cleanup and Maintenance
